- CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Orders once placed cannot cancelled. Any cancellation request is subject to acceptance by Zenvy only.
- Fresh fruits and vegetables being perishable in nature are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the product is expired. For damaged, spoiled or incorrectly delivered goods, the requests shall be considered only when complaints are raised at the time of delivery or within 30minutes of delivery only.
- Any complaint for refund or replacement must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic or video evidence or any other records, as may be requested by Zenvy.
- Upon verification, Zenvy may, at its sole discretion, or may not, offer a replacement, refund or credit.
- Approved refunds shall be processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment or as store credits, as determined by Zenvy.
Zenvy’s decision in relation to cancellation, refund, replacement or exchange shall be final and binding
