- Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only in cases where the delivered items are damaged, spoiled, or of खराब (bad) quality.
- Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Minor size or color variations
3. Return Request Process
- Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- You may be required to provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged/spoiled product
- Order details
- Our team will verify the issue and approve the return/refund accordingly.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

- We take utmost care in packaging and delivering fresh produce; however, slight variations in size, shape, or color are natural and not considered defects.
- Orders marked as delivered successfully cannot be disputed after the return window has expired.
